About Your Visit
It is important to us here at Oculoplastic Eye Surgeons of Phoenix that you are treated with prompt professional service that allows you to express your unique concerns and goals. Before your visit, we will have already received your referral (if needed) and will greet you.
You will have received an introductory phone call a day or so prior so that you have any questions answered, know where to arrive, and have been advised of any due co-payment.
You will be brought back into an examination room where your history and reason for seeking us out will be reviewed. An examination will ensue and Dr. Lisa Mihora will then have a discussion with you about the diagnosis and treatment plan. We believe that open communication and education is a cornerstone of our practice.
It is valuable to us that all of your questions are answered, you are comfortable, and have access to re-engage if anything further surfaces. When you trust your oculoplastics care to us, it is an honor and the relationship holds high importance. You and your eyes are important to us.
